Automatic continuation of my AVG license

Somewhere in January I received a mail with the notification that I had to continue my licence and so I did. On Febr. 4 2015 I received my new licence code together with the bill which I paid by Ideal.
On Febr. 14 I received a mail that I have to continue my AVG account with teh remark that when has been changed in my data everything should be handled automaticly. Now I am afraid that I will be charged twice for the same product. Please tell me what happened.
