Thanks for the reply. I read through the articles, uninstalled AVG TuneUp (for the 2nd time). Deleted all copies previously downloaded (for the 2nd time). Downloaded a new copy of AVG TuneUp. Re-installed the fresh copy. What I found was that on uninstall, several files had remained in a folder from a pervious installation. I deleted those files and folders as well. After this fresh install, everything seemed to work ok. I went through all the scans (again), and rebooted. Shutdown AVG TuneUp and about 30 minutes later, started it again to check Automatic Maintenance and ensure the schedule was correct. I found the same issue with Automatic Maintenace I previously reported. I'll just do it manually - not worth the trouble. FYI I am running Win10 (10.0.18362) on a x64 based PC.
