Let's try reinstall AVG TuneUp on your PC and check if you are able to turn on automatic maintainence scan.

Problem with AVG Tune UP, when I go to Automatic Maintenance, the RED light stays on and just spins, when I move the slider to GREEN its just spins and goes back to off >
