Please let us know what happens exactly while enabling automatic maintenance.
If possible, can you share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, let us know the status of automatic maintenance in the homepage of AVG TuneUp.

Automatic Maintenance, can't turn it Off or On it just stays on.
