From your description, it seems that the program keeps loading upon  attempting to choose what needs to be cleared.
To ensure this, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the window that keeps loading?

Good Day,
when I go into AVG Tuneup automatic maintenance the choose what to delete will not load, how do I rectify this?
