Kindly be informed that it will take quite some time for the application to open when the computer to booted up.
Restart the PC again and wait for some time for the AVG Secure VPN to load.
And could you please elaborate the line 'until I have used Troubleshooter'?
This AVG secure VPN program, which I bouight earlier in the week is causing problems.
1 It will not open automatically when PC switched on.
2 Internet connection goes off for a while, until I have used Troubleshooter (which takes ages).
Any suggestions, please, on how to make this work?
This was an expensive purchase and I am beginning to wonder if it was worth the money.

Now it is ON.
Do you think I should Uninstall and re-install??
