Hello Franc,

We will explain this clearly. We have tried to charge for the automatic renewal of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device (60-day Trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained
information on how to cancel your Subscription.

We would like to inform you that this order has been generated but not yet completed. Once we received the payment from PayPal, it will get completed.

If needed, you can cancel this transaction from PayPal or will be able to do it once the order is completed.

I was just receiving a notice that my Paypal account was charged with 79,99 EUR from Digitalrave  AV. What is this payment for? I was not asking for it. It must be a mistake.

I would like to cancel the AVG software I registered by mistake and if it is possible to get the money back.
