The auto renewal email will be sent to the email address registered to the account.
We request you to provide the old email address associated with AVG in-order to locate your account.
Share the email address through the email that we have sent you now.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Hi,
My credit card was debited with £72.99 on 12 May 18 and i received an email to an old email address, which did not include the license number.  Please resend license to registered email address or issue refund ticket, Thanks.
