Automatic Renewal.... Cancellation

You confirmed cancellation of my account m ending *******6900  on the  20/08/2019 . . You recently renewed an account but DO NOT show the order number . Please ensure that any of my accounts found on your data base have the renewals cancelled and also please refund  promptly the last renewal.
