Some months ago the computer on which I used AVG products had to be scrapped. I asked for all my subscriptions to various products to be cancelled but I have just been charged forautomatic renewal of password protect when my account has shown it to be "expiring" for many months. I also see "expiring" products still valid till 2003 when I no longer use any of them. Please refund the payment for passord protect and remove my account from your records.
