Hi,

Have received notification that my product will be automatically renewed.  Have accessed MY ACCOUNT and am unable to cancel renewal because system is not available.  I want to stop auto renewal of my AVG Anti Virus product. How can I do this?

I'm sorry about the previous reply. You're right Graham, That should be "you will not get charge in the future". The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal.

Thanks for that although a bit confused by "you will get charge in the future" in your message.  Please confirm that should be " you will NOT get charge in the future"
