I see from your record that you have got charged for the automatic renewal of AVG PC TuneUp under your gmail account for GBP 34.99 on 2019-04-20.

I also see that you have second account with your AOL email address, where you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG PC TuneUp for GBP 34.99 on 2019-03-28.

If you wish, we can merge both these email addresses to single account of AVG.

I agreed that you would renew my annual subscription.  You have deducted the money £34-99 twice on 28 March & 20 April.
