Automatic renewal of subscription

Hello had an automatic renewal of subscription, but AVG doesn't accept the code given to me What can I do? Thanks Oliver

Let me help you with this.
On checking our records, I see that you have multiple AVG subscriptions.  
The recent order that renewed was AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (On 7/20/19).
I would like to confirm which subscription you are trying to activate?
I have sent an email and request you to attach screenshot of the error message you get while activating AVG.
If you do not see the see the email in inbox, please do check in spam/junk folders.
