had Tune Up installed. It was on automatic renewal, which I was not aware of because Tune up does not show under “manage subscriptions”. When suddenly they charged € 64 (which is ridicilous!), I disputed that and got my money back. That was fair.
Then I realized that if I manually extended Tune up, they would charge me only € 32,50. Interesting concept: we screw the loyal customers that are on automatic renewal…
Anyway: I booked it. And guess what? I get a confirmation AND that Tune Up is on automatic renewal. And again it would not show up on “manage my subscription”. So I cancelled again. I am done with AVG and will change to other companies that are much more user-friendly.
