I want to cancel my subscription for AVG Ultimate. I was not aware it is automatically renewed - if there is a statement to that effect in the T&Cs then I missed it. When I follow the instructions to cancel this subscription I get a message saying I don't have a subscription and the website is being updated. Please can this be cancelled on my behalf as I don't use it. Thank you
