I received an email notification that I will be charged £72.99 to renew my subscription. I would like to turn off automatic renewal but I am getting the "Product not visible in AVG MyAccount" bug, so I can't do this myself. Please could you disable automatic renewal for my account.

As per your request, I have cancelled AVG Internet Security automatic renewal which will expires on 2017.12.12. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal.
