Automatic renewal

Hello Kay,

I see that you have been charged automatically for AVG Internet Security (4 computers) under the email address (from which you have contacted us). Since you have agreed to subscribe for auto-renewal at the time of initial purchase of the product on 2014-01-26. We had sent you a notification email regarding the Auto-renewal 45 days prior to the date of renewal.

I have canceled the Automatic renewal for your AVG subscription and you will not get charged in future. I have also submitted a refund request on behalf of you and our refund team will contact you via email soon.

Our business has not used AVG since changing to Windows 10 at the beginning of 2017! I see that we have been charged for an automatic renewal in Jan 2018. The emails were sent to an old email address that was deleted last year. Please explain how to cancel the automatic renewal as it is not clear on this forum.
