my account recently automatically renewed for another year, for some reason I missed the heads up notification. The bank acct used to pay for the subscription was low and therefore triggered an overdraft. I need to cancel the automatic renewal feature permanently. a year is too long, too much can happen and no one would know to cancel subscription. I HATE automatic renewals. a no response from me means "CANCEL"
