I have had my 60 day free trial of avg internet security automatically renewed which I didnt know this would happen. I have been having issues connecting my laptop to the internet so have not used the free trial and was not able to cancel the renewal could you please advise on if I can get a refund as I cannot use the product and as i did not know i would be charged i did not have the funds in my account to pay for it so it has now took me into my overdraft it came as a complete shock
