I have been debited £94.99 on 4 February for Internet Security renewal for 2 years / 3 devices. My current subscription runs out on 19 Feb 2020. Why is my new subscription shown to expire on 4 Feb 2022 and not 19 Feb 2022?

Your previous subscription is valid till Feb 18, 2020. However, auto-renewal will be processed before the renewal date to ensure the continuous protection for the computer.
This is the reason why your subscription was renewed on 4 Feb 2020. However, your new subscription is valid till Feb 18, 2022.
The auto-renewal for your new subscription is also active. The date (4 Feb 2022) you are receiving from the program is the next renewal date and not the expiry date.
