AVG submitted an automated renewal for a product that is not listed on my account i.e. there is not order listed for the payment they withdraw. There was not communication sent about this payment such as thank you for your order. I contacted my credit card company about this but they cannot do anything because it's automated renewal.
There is no way to contact AVG to see what this order is about and how to cancel it. This forum is the only way to contact AVG. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Please contact me ASAP.
