When you purchase an AVG subscription, it will continue until it is canceled (formally known as “Continuing Protection Service”). You will be billed again 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. We have sent you a notification email regarding the upcoming automatic renewal on 12th April 2018.
I have forwarded your refund request to the concerned team. They will process it and get back to you via email with a confirmation at the earliest.
I did not receive my renewal notice prior to the $99.99 being charged to my account. I do not want to renew this. Also, I have tried to cancel the automatic renewal according to your instructions and have not been successful. I am requesting a refund and cancelation of all products from AVG.
