Automatic renewal

I have received an email telling me that the charge for VPN has been taken out of my bank account before it is due on 11th August. I wish to cancel the payment and am told by my bank that I need to contact you in order to get a refund.

please send me your payment orders when the licences expires, because i have a new creditcard number.

We acknowledge your refund request and would like to inform you that the auto renewal wasn't cancelled for your AVG Secure VPN subscription.
Hence, the GBP49.99 charge was debited for its renewal with prior email notification that was sent on 27th June 2019.
As per your request, we have cancelled its auto renewal and initiated the refund for the recent charge.
An email has been sent explaining its refund status. If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
