i wrote AVG a month ago that i do not want to renew the protection for another year.

i got confirmation in the site.(never received a mail)
now i see they renew my subscription for more than double price without my confirmation.
i wonder what kind of business they are running???
this is the perfect way to loose customers.
now i have to run after them - disgrace

i recieved your notice on November 14.
i entered the same day to my personal page and cancelled the subscruption.
i got a confirmation in the site saying "cancellation recieved" (or successful)
i had no way to verify if this cancellation, was recorded.
now i understand i had to make "printscreen" as your site is not reliable.
i insist i cancelled the subscription!!!
i even remember i wrote you that it is too expensive.
you cannot tell me now you do not see any record of it.
i am in marketing for more than 40 years, i  never did or will do such a thing to my customers.
please remember satisfy customer tell 4 friends. disapointed customer, tell 20 friends.
i am waiting for the refund
