We are here to help you. You have AVG Ultimate, valid until 4/26/2019, automatic renewal is not active for this subscription. You can login to AVG MyAccount > My products > "unsubscribe" to turn off the automatic renewal, if it's not there automatic renewal is not active.

How can I check to see if automatic is turned on for my account. If it is, how do I turn it off?
