Automatic renewal

Purchased Internet Security on 7 March installed and ran scan. Currently it states no Deep Scan done but no option for deep scan.  
I find it very annoying to see that I am still unprotected for some issues and you want me to buy further protection.
The real issue is that you issued email in early April telling me that i have not yet activated my subscription which has me baffled.

Please note that I will not be renewing this subscription and I would like the automatic renewal to be removed.
Very unhappy with this product.
