I canceled my subscription effective on the renewal date in March, 2017. I just received an email saying it would be automatically renewed. I don't want it renewed. It seems AVG makes it difficult to cancel once you've subscribed. What do I do to make sure it doesn't get automatically charged to my credit card?

We understand your difficulty. We see from your record that the automatic renewal is already cancelled in your account. You can ignore this email. However, if you still get charged, you can always get refund for this renewal. Please do not worry, as the automatic renewal is cancelled, you will not be charged by AVG.
