I have unsubscribed the automatic renewal, as I don't like when my credit card is automatically debited, even if you advise me before you do it. I'd much rather you send me an invoice for me to pay.

Now that my automatic subscription is cancelled, do you still send emails to your customers to remind them that their subscription is about to expire for manual renewal?

Also, I had contacted you before about having the internet security for one device only - which you have fixed, but the Tuneup has just come out for 10 devices. I only use on my laptop, so I feel that I'm paying for something I'm not using. Yeah.. I know, you emailed me before you debited, but I don't check that email often, so I missed it.

Thanks for your email you sent me, but you didn't answer my questions.
All you did was confirm cancellation of subscription.
