Yes i would like to cancel this AVG anti track, it was somewhat misleading as to what i actually purchased. Regarding the trial version no i am pretty sure i used this same email address. Could i please cancel this also as this automatic renewal did not take place on this computer and i have not seen it used on this computer so technically i've paid for this subscription but in fact my laptop is not subscribed and isn't currently under this protection.

Davina, a screenshot is not required as we were able to locate that order detail and you chose to cancel that subscription. We've processed refund for this automatic renewal order, and it should not take more than 7 business days to complete it. You can now go ahead and buy AVG Internet Security for a discount price.
