Hi, I found out today that's my subscription was automatically renewed (it was supposed to expire in 19 days). I was sure I disabled the automatic renewal because I wanted to check if there was some additional component I wanted to add. (I was going to extend my renewal so that's not a problem) . So how can I be sure it's really off now?
Chiara, I have turned off the continuous protection service. You will not be billed automatically once the subscription expires.
