Please share the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the AVG Secure VPN settings, where it shows that the option to turn on VPN after computer restart is checked.

I have the software set to open automatically when my computer starts.  However, it does not open up automatically when I start up my computer.  How do you fix this?
