Automatic subscription cancelation

Hello Graham,
We understand your concern. We have disabled the automatic renewal for you from my end for AVG Protection and you will not be charged for this renewal automatically from AVG.

I would like to cancel my subscription to be made on 13th March 2017.
I have tried to do so by using the recommending methods but unfortunately have had no success.
Please advise
