Automatic subscription

Hello James,

I understand that you wish to cancel automatic renewal from your account. We see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG PC TuneUp which is about to get renewed.
I have cancelled this automatic renewal for you from my end and you will not be charged by AVG.

AVG has told me that the yearly Tune-up for which I paid £19.99 will be automatically renewed at a cost of £29.99 once the year is up in December. I logged in so as to cancel the subscription but was told, 'You have no Subscriptions.'  I KNOW that I'll be charged £29.99 in December for something I no longer want or need. How can I cancel my subscription?

You need to step through the processes, get a ticket number and ring the telephone number provided for your location.  The staff member I spoke to was helpful and advised that the cancellation would take place and that an email confirmation would be sent.  This duly arrived about 30mins later.
