I purchased AVG Ultima on 17.3.19 following difficulty with the already installed and purchased AVG product on my PC this was installed and worked without difficulty until 21.3.2019 when following forced restart by AVG the product was unintalled automatically. I contacted AVG for the product to be installed yet again!
This morning I noted the the product had again been uninstalled by AVG automated restart and communicated with an operative who assured me that the problem had been escallaed and would be resolved today. I have still not got the product I have paid for working, and so far only a web page of trouble shooting tips - is there anyone who can help me sort this out?
