Why sending reminder email when cancellation has been sent to terminate the subscription???

My credit card was charged 75.06 for some subscription.  Dont want it or need it. Would like a refund and cancellation asap

Once the auto-renewal is cancelled for the subscription, I can assure that you will not be charged.

However, you will receive an email regarding the subscription. If you do not prefer to renew it, you can ignore the email.
