AV Cleaner no longer works/alternative

I feel ripped off. I have 3 subscriptions ($12.74, $12.74, $19.48) and I cannot get the simple AV cleaner that may be available on the free version. I uninstalled- reinstalled and followed all troubleshooting and updates. Wasted hours during the past month.

My questions:

  1. Will all THREE auto renew through my Google pay?
  2. Is there a decent alternative for cleaning?
