AV subscription account

I have an email stating that my AVG subscription terminates in 7 days.  This is a repeat problem which occurred earlier this year.  Please refer to case # 12300657.  I have AVG Ultimate  which is good until July 14, 2028.  In January 2020 I was told to ignore the email.  I will do that again but I would appreciate it if you could fix your system so that I don't get these notices every year for the next 6 years.
