We have made a several changes with the product and the limit for using the multi-device product is upto 10 devices.
We have also updated the information on AVG MyAccount page. If you log into AVG MyAccount and check the subscription status, it should appear as 10 devices.
If you would like to use it for 20 devices, then we would suggest you to purchase AVG Internet Security - Multi-Device using a different email address.
Hence, the existing subscription can be used on 10 devices and the new purchase can be used on the next 10 devices.

You can this AVG Internet Security - Unlimited upto 10 Windows computers until October 7, 2024.

I think buying another doesn't make sense, it is because if it’s for only 10 members AVG is must mention it rather mentioning it for 10 members and it’s called simple bluffing, more over the online support told me that i can use, you telling to buy…am really disappoint with the support am getting from you guys, kindly sorted out or I may apply for reimbursement.
