It was installed by a prfessional/ i don't know, but I do not think so/ just to clarify I have a free version of avg/ what should I do (if not too complicated)? thx

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Have you used 'trial' version of AVG Performance in the same computer earlier? Thank you.

I ran avg fix performance. It found the errors. Than it tells me  "install fix performance" the free feature, I clicked on it but it does not fix/does not tell me what to do next. what should I do? thanks!

You can download and install the AVG PC TuneUp trial version and see if that fix the performance issue. Please click on this link to download the trial version of AVG PC TuneUp http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_704.exe
