Alan. My first contact yesterday concerned AVG 1 Click Maintenance as a separate desk top item. That still doesn't work so I went into AVG PC TuneUp and tried the Maintenance button there with the same result. Your extremely blunt and un-professional reply today came as a surprise when in fact I asked a separate question about the 3 day statement about when the Maintenance would be carried out and could I over ride that. Now maybe you'd like to take a more professional approach and answer my question? If this is the sort of so-called Customer Care I can expect from an AVG Employee then when this one runs out I will not renew.

I have AVG 1 CLICK MAINTENANCE. It now goes up to CLEAN UP BROWSER & stops with no information. I am then asked if I want to submit an error report which I've done on 5 occasions but nothing happens and the fault is still there. All my other AVG Products are working. Can you help?
