Thanks Alan. That does explain a lot. I've disabled the Clean up Browser setting and await the update on AVG Tune Up.

Hello again. I've previously been in contact with Alan Binch. I also have AVG Tuneup 2015 & AVG 2015. When 1 Click Maintenace gets to Clean Up Browser it appears to stop and gets no further. Everything else is working fine and I have full security etc etc. If I cannot fix what appears to be a minor problem I'm tempted just to leave it to the 3 day programme-can you help?
