Received a free AVG Tune up offer this morning – which I accepted. It fixed registry problems etc but it also DELETED my profile from the computer … I have lost everything on Outlook … all old and current emails gone; all calendar gone; all contacts gone! It's like starting with a new computer … created a new profile; re-established Outlook as a "new user". Any idea how I can recover my deleted User and Profile?
