AVG 100% finished scanning but it hanged there showing finishing

I have 100% finished scanning and yet it still prompted me finishing. My AVG Internet Security seems to be hanged. What should I do? I tried to stop scanning but the AVG Internet Security System doesn't allow me to do it. I tried to do it by pressing ALT CTL DEL also cant allow me to do it. I have uninstall it and install it back again the same problem occur again, What should I do? I need help urgently. I really do appreciate if you can help me out. Thanks
