I am using AVG2013 but am facing some issues .The setup is like this.
1. A   PC running with  (windows server version OS ) . It have the AVG Data center and admin consoles
2. client stations that are connected to this Server.

My queries
1.How can is see the specific info about the latest Virus  updates the system have?.ie in which folder in server they be stored?
2.which folder will have those files?
3. wont AVG support Windows Server OS?
5. Why is not my client PC's  fetching the updates from the  server  ?

This doesnt help at all…The time effort taken to place the query  even is not considered…These type of " CONTACT INFO"  any can get from the websites…I feel symantec  geives better effort in resolving queries in these type of scenarios…

Thanks for the Link.I have been trying to resolve this issue from morning and the Link you gave is the Only option i have been receiving from then.
As i mentioned above the Phone option wont work for me I tried for email option and it also doesnt help.

Are business users who buy and use the product is of lesser priority i wonder.

Mandan, you can get the security patch for last weeks ransomware from the following link:

Mandan, to block the recent ransomware of a few days ago, microsoft sent out a security update patch last friday for server os as far back as windows server 2003 and windows xp. Getting that patch before opening up any emails should stop you from getting that ransomware. If you have windows 7 and above and have been keeping your microsoft windows updated you should be fine.

 I have a valid  Avg2013 Business edition
The link you gave takes me to a page which gives two option 
reach support via PHONE/  EMAIL.
 The Phone numbers are US phone numbers. I  need to call from India.
 The  email Support   I Used …But was of no help.
If there ia forum for BE please give it…or Any Indian Phone support… I dont find the assistance given so promising despite spending and buy a product in a legitmate way.
