I have a windows 7 bootcamp drive on my macbook pro. I renewed my 2 yr 3 unit AVG license a year ago. I have been using AVG 2013 and no problems until about 3-4 months ago.
Over the last few months, when I booted I was asked for my license information. The system did not retain the license information as each time I rebooted it asked again.
I finally go tired of it and decided to uninstall 2013 and upgrade to 2015. I tried to uninstall 2013 and I got a message that said I did not have the right. I found "AVG reset access" program, downloaded and ran it. Now Avg 2013 will not open and I get the same message when I try to uninstall 2013. I have rebooted a number of times.
Bottom line, no protection. Help please.
Thanks
