AVG 2014 to AVG Ultimate

Hi Kevin,
There is no license because you have purchased AVG Protection, please reinstall your  AVG using version availaible in AVG MyAccount and activate it as desctibed in https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate&l=en_US.

I recently upgraded from AVG 2014 into AVG ultimate before my license expires. I believe this may be a glitch where it still thinks I am using the old key, when I actually have a new key (but that key doesn't work in renewing the 2014 Internet Security anyway). I am confused. And My license is expired even though I bought a new AVG Ultimate. 

Is there a way to fix this? Please and Thank you!
