I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I'd recommend restaring your computer into Windows Safe Mode with Networking (http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode) a try uninstalling AVG (http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV)from there.

avg free doesnt update since i change to 2015 and now i cant even uninstall it even with the special tool. help please.

I still can´t uninstall AVG and noone here answers me. I need to uninstall so I can install a new antivirus. There should be easy. I never had any problem with AVG until this version. If you don´t want to provide a free service that´s ok but let me uninstall it. Thank you.
