Hello Hidenao, I apologize for the  inconvenience caused. Have you tried added the Gmail Notifier Pro application in AVG exception list? Please refer the following link http://avgread.me/18WB2dg to add the application in AVG exception list.

Hi

I have problem with AV Free 2015 and Gmail Notifier Pro application.
Both software is latest on Windows 10.
Problem is AV prevent to start up the Gmail Notifier Pro.   If I temporary disable AV it runs just fine.

I tried to add exclusion for data folder of  Gmail Notifier Pro which is under under profile roaming area with own folder and sub folder.
Also tried to exclude main application executable file but both are no effect.

The error getting from Gmail Notifier Pro is some .net error message after so many time wait and ultimately saying could not edit file on own folder in profile are could not be edited.  

AV did not log any report unless I'm missing where to look.  
 
Defender seems to be no issue with Gmail Notifier Pro.

ANy help will be great.

No worries. It' snot a big deal, just bit of annyance.
Wonder what I really need to exclude:
folder that contaoins programs or data. 
Individual files or just folder but also need to add sub folders…

Yes I did ytry addiong main executable and profile folder to be exclude list but it was same.
When exclude folder (as I assume), it also exclude files uin that folder and possibley subfilders and so on?
