I'm having the same problem as Derek T and Jack Smith. PLEASE HELP! Getting very stressful repeating all these uninstalls and reinstalls. I don't have the time or patience to keep doing this. If it wasn't for the fact that I've used your products for years without any problems I would be using another product by now, so please fix the glitch soon.

After the update it says:
Computer AV: Not installed - Grey
Web: Not protected - Red with exclamation mark
Identity: Not Installed - Grey
Email: PROTECTED - Green
Firewall: Not installed - Grey
Red button at top right says restart. No matter how many times I restart it wont fix itself.
I did the uninstall-reinstall with the actual uninstallert tool last week but here the problem is again. EXACT same problem. I dont want to do the uninstall-reinstall again because it takes too long to go through the advanced setting and I dont see a export or backup button for settings.
The repiar fuction does not solve this either.
How do I fix this?
