THIS is what I get when I enter my new key for reactivation. Is there something wrong with my client, or is it something going on with main website or such? Please send some feedback.

It is unlikely because there is always some backup running.
In order to analyze it please provide us with http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe output (run it after inducing described behavior) and please add detailed description of issue.

Updated my 2014 Avg internet Security to the 2015 version, but I get error's like can't access the
update Server, need an internet connection. But I'm on the internet. Can't activate my purchase nor
will it let me update because I can't connect to the up Server. My virus definations are outdated because i get an error msg. I just want to update from 2014 to 2015 like I did when I updated from 2012 to 2013 and 2013 to 2014…This is the first time I've had any issues. I need to up my tune-up edition also, but don't want to pay for it and have the same issues I'm having here…any suggestions?
